1. Start out by sitting in a chair with your back straight. Your hips, knees and ankles should be at 90 degree angles.
2. Gently place your bare foot on the foam impression material, but do not apply pressure.
3. Slowly push down on your knee while you guide your heel downward, about two inches into the foam.
4. Next, press the top of your foot into the foam so that the ball of your feet and your toes are at the same depth as your heel.5. Remove your foot carefully by lifting it directly up out of the foam.
